potential fines = potentially tiny fines if the owners have some connected friends.

but this could be looked at as further proof the SB fishery is moving offshore.

i would agree with tiny fines,
if it was in state waters

these mommalukes comitted their offenses in
Federal waters AND lied to tha FEDS

they should have their licenses REVOKED and pay
the steepest fines allowable by law. poachers SUCK!!

Maybe they could have their boats confiscated as evidence, and auctioned off to help fund additional operations in the future?
