I also love the gloves. Maybe my favorite piece of surfcasting gear. I lose about 4 right hand gloves a season. Gets expensive.

Let me know if anyone wants to trade right hand gloves for left hand ones. I have a few extra.

I hear ya Luds. But they are priced right at $20. I dont mind going through a couple pairs a season.

you could try water proof med tape.
My roommate is a tech at the hospital and gives me a roll from time to time. I keep the whole roll in my bag and it gets dunked.

adhesive still seems to work even when wet.
Once in a while they will slip off.

Go conventional and lose the gloves

Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.

Oh right, now I remember the last time you used one of my conventionals and I spent about an hour removing the bird's nest. So, on second thought, gloves are a good idea and they will also keep you from breaking a nail.

Here's the problem with the Aquaskinz finger guard---it only comes in one size, and hands don't.

Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools, because they have to say something.
