I love perch caught through the ice. Yellow perch breaded and pan fried in butter. Oh yeah! Best fish I ever had (fresh , grilled tuna a close second) .

Trouble is you need a lot of perch because they are usually so small.

took home half dozen big ones from saturday, guess whats for dinner tonight...
