If you use the router bit with the bearing on the end, take the allen screw and bearing off. The stub will center the bit in the nose wire hole. Just gotta be careful no matter what tool is spinning.

If I knew I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself!!

Jim, I use a spherical burr from Foredom. I go the coarse ball and let me tell this thing is no joke. I hold the popper perpendicular to the ball while it in the drill press. Very unforgiving. If your not careful, your popper face will be 2" deep.

Use a 1/2 drill bit first then use the burr to finsh.
