splinters Registered User iTrader: (0) Join Date: Jan 2009 Location: NJ Shore Posts: 21	i use the router bits minus the guide bearing method. just drill a pilot hole 1st that is big enough or they can walk a bit. then i just sand a lot. its a bit crude but does work. and yes i have had the bits bite into my hand so put the plug in a vise or something.
