Have had mine going on 2 years now. Been submerged several times.

I had mine replaced once, for software issues. After usnig it for almost a year i hate the damn thing. There are times when I just flip it closed after a conversation and it gets stuck on the last call. I have to remove the battery to reset it. Some time I go to edit a phone number in the thing, and even though I can see it on the phone as the right one it edits the wrong entry. Another thing is if I put it in my pocket the ringers always shut themselves off. I won't buy another one.
