Same thing happened to me the last 2 days. I'm assuming a mild bleach water combo will due the trick just haven't had a chance to try it. Looks like I'll have to move the boat back to the driveway and piss off my wife.

Thanks for all the responses. I am going to experiment with a few of those options. I have also talked to a friend who had this happen and he told me I can scrub all I want but after a few weeks out on the water, the sun will bleach the stains right away as they did to his boat. Most of these stains are on surfaces that I dont wax the the cockpit floor (diamond patterned), fish and bait well covers etcc.. and the non-skid surface on the gunnel. I NEVER use magic eraser on a smooth surface and the bleach and water I use is about 2oz of bleach to 32oz of water.
