My beast is rather heavy so since i have a lead foot i always make sure it can stop real FAST........

you never know when someone is gonna lock them up for no reason what so ever.

Had a guy yesterday pull in front of me so fast that i thought i was going to clip his rear corner and roll his car like the police do for a Runner.... good thing --->i was driving slow .......

My truck I have on the mainland has brake problems every coupe years and it happened again yesterday. It sits in a parking lot near the water year round and doesn't get used for months on end. Sometimes as long as 5 or 6 months. Then I jump into it and hit the highway. I have brought it in several times and they say there is nothing wrong, just that I need to use it more. I may just replace everything.
Breaks suck. Trailer brakes, truck brakes, I have break problems constantly.
