Bigguns

There's more truly big fish out there than folks realize. Numerous WR fish have been caught and released since the last WR was set. These old girls are too wise/too strong/too tough to find to be caught with any regularity, but they are out there.

The guys skilled and dedicated enough to catch these giants generally aren't attention whores who seek the fame, tackle sponsorships, or status a huge fish brings, so you don't hear about these wise old fish being weighed in. These men, like Jake, respect the fish too much to kill them for any reason, although I'm sure they'd weigh them in if they came to gaff dead or too spent to survive.

Jake- get a Olympus waterproof camera before that fish and her blue haired friends leave town. With your karma, you may just get another sleigh ride!

Then again, maybe the Golden Girls will be at Cutty for me and the boys this weekend?

Woody, it's on my wish list but other more important things, like the mortgage, are a higher priority right now especially with budget cuts at work eating into the paycheck. So it'll have to wait until some lean times pass.

She took a dead eel on a wobble head, by the way, if anyone was curious.

58" very well could be a world record. Most people here dont realize how EXTREMELY rare it is to come across a fish that length. Congrats!
