Cutting the Rec take 30% will ease a lot of fish, cutting the comm 30% will stop a lot of whining
Seriously, we have Amendment 6 that is
supposed to kick in with a big drop in the fishery so if that happens, sure hope we see it. Otherwise, I'd be OK with a 30% reduction anyway. Still gotta protect the forage fish though.
Hey, maybe Obama can come out with forage redistribution too. I'd support that.
