chef I fill a 40 gallon trash bag every 1/2 hour on the big machine...all maple and birch. Nice shavings or can run it thru the collector and give you dust.

tell me if you want the stuff i'll set it aside. Otherwise it goes in the dumpster and is not removeable once in there....I don't bag the stuff.

Yeah , it must be chem free. Looking to use it for shiitake blocks. If bryan doesnt mind grabbing it , i would like a bag to try out salty. How big are the shavings. Thanks slip and 1dozenraw
