Age and arthritis are taking their toll on my knees and ankles after a night of climbing rocks I'm sore for 2 days. My goal is to lose weight and get in shape. So far I've been back to the gym 3-4 days per week going on third week now. If that doesn't work it will mean much more kayak fishing than usual. However I am real hesitant to go out in kayak at night alone.

Keep running long 1/2" drill bits through my ears and pouring battery acid in until I get the urge to fish eels again. So far all that has happened is that I want to move to Franklin and change my name to Sauerkraut. Probably I'm getting close
