Not anymore.After having a pin and some screws inserted into my right arm via the shoulder I was never able to shoot a shotgun comfortably again.
And honestly I was never very good at it anyway.Actually I sucked.

Try a new Benelli Supernova with a double thick pad.
Waaaay comfy to shoot.
Boss's fiance is a sponsored trap shooter. She has some niiiiiice guns.

Sun mornings at 12 used to in Braintree, shot at Addeville before as well. Franchi/ Benelli 20 O/U , and Beretta 686 12 O/U

PM the Shocker, stripadan, and the Specialist for starters. Fishweewee shoots everything, but he is a little too far south.

Not bad with lighter gear.My most used "heavier" setup is Batson 1088 with Stardic FI 8000 casting plugs for the most not heavier than 2-2.5OZs.
I have beefier gear but it just dosen't get used that much because I can only cast with it for so long before I start getting sore.
I also have really bad knees also.I guess that's why I've taken to fishing quieter backbay areas where there are more schoolies and smaller keepers.I still catch fish without killing myself.That's not to say I don't fish ocean facing areas for large I just don't do it as much because it takes way to much out of me.
