LOL. Tell me there wasn't a wetsuit involved and that you weren't attached to the rope. Hope you had a freshwater license with you.

Rebend the lip to more of an angle if you want to run deeper.

I needed a certain flight trajectory to reach the open water...also, it was a short handle version so it didn't tumble during its flight...my son was giggling the whole time...should have brought a camera.

You mean bend the lower section at a more acute angle so it scoops more water? I already tried bending the eye up a bit and it helped a little. The lip is also a mid slot, so its presumably not going to get too deep anyways...next year I'll use top slot lips instead, but will try the bending technique first. The BM juniors have a mid slot and go down pretty good, 1-2' so that 's what I'm aiming for.

I'm putting a duplicate of this one in the general category at plugfest...take a look at the lip and hit me with any criticism pro or con once you look at it...Thanks for the tip.
