I like the open back with curtains but locking up the gear is probably more important. Nice boat BTW.

Making progress
Fishingfreak & I did some door mock up installing today.
Need to decide on lock hardware & fine tune the fit.
Then disassemble everything for sanding & gel coat then reassembly.

Looks awesome Ronnie. Is the glass going to stick good to that plastic scupper material. Is it PVC or something the resin will stick to?

PVC, took a grinder to it 1st, won't separate !
Both 2 part apoxied & glassed in !

looking good! I might have to do something like that?? I am installing new Yamaha 4 Stroke at 600+ pounds. Not sure how the boat is going to sit bin the water??
Were did you get the scupper doors??

Nice work! Are the doors foam cored or glassed over plywood?
I need to cut another door in my PH as well. It will have to wait till next winter. Nice working with flat surfaces...mine have a knuckle in them. I like the metal frame alot!

Fabricated the scuppers. Doors are 5in exhaust flappers. (same as my exhaust pipe)
