Is this class action suit really worth the jobs it will cost? Tecumseh already went out of business a few years ago. Who is next?

Exactly why I have never responded to class action stuff. I always figured the only people that I'm helping are the damn lawyers who I'm sure are getting more that $35!

Actually, I believe that the companies settle and the lawyers fees are taken out the settlement $. Doesn't make a differnce if you respond or not, the lawyers are getting paid and there may be even a chance, that they get paid more if there are fewer respondants.
