First off it is a picture taken of another fishing web site and the guy holding the fish didn't post it, that picture could have been taken 10 years ago who knows really, so for me my BS meter is set off as fraud

that is a nice fish but it is not 71 pounds

I heard Hitler caught it (see that thread)!

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

No, I know better... and I protect my back at all costs in my line of work. Can you survive a week roofing or framing on my crew?

First of all, re-read my post. Second, 71# or not, it's still a nice fish. It's spring, everyone is jonseing to get tight. You should go find RappinMikey to loosen up....

The fish was not a release

The Pilot online article stated that he had not decided if he was going to mount it. All the blood indicates this fish is dead or dying. A release after breaking the gill like that and bleeding is shark bait.

The other site has a post in the NJ forum of the fish I think Marky was talking about. I believe it is under OMG the big ones are coming. If that fish isn't photoshopped, then it is one of the, if not the biggest bass I have seen.
