But seriously: i being a farmer /grower want to know more about this all so special grass the conservation commission is so worried about and learn how to grow it since it's that precious to protect. EVERYONE could/should have a small "transplantable" PATCH

so someone needs to delegate commands to the commanders
in the field. The town's lack of resources do not apply to the
private citizens willing to organize and fill some friggan POT holes.
