If JohnR is right about the two fish limit meaning that i can now catch two fish over 28" per day as a recreational fisherman that means recreational fishermen will catch approximately 3-4 million lbs. per year. What's wrong with that??? I love it Don't complain about the commercial guy only being able to catch 1 million lbs.
