I never had any but now it sounds like you guys are starting to feel like me.I feel bad for you guys.I know it sucks.Last time out I prayed for a bluefish and got a skunk.Haven't been out in at least a week.Full depression has set in.I may go to the store and buy a striper filet and beat myself upside the head with it.

Try looking at Cutty and use a teaser.
If you do the yoyo thing don't forget your color sounder. It more than replaces any missing mojo. Just duck through Quicks (you won't need a GPS, just follow the lights of the other 25 boats ahead of you), past Gay Head, run about 160 degrees for 3-4 miles and join the fleet. There will be 4 groups on the various humps around Old Man. Unless it is a Sunday of course, in which case it is not worth burning that much gas and you can just work the 90ft hole off Devils Bridge (short scup are the ticket there, although baby seabass are worth a try too). If the DEP is there, just make a left and duck behind Squibnocket, or go right and do the ledge S of Noman's. Don't forget your 13 foot gaff, you don't want to look out of place. Enjoy, and don't forget to post some pictures!

G, the really big ones are rarely on the sounder. But sometimes you just know they're there.
I 'm not sure chunk city will be squatting there this year.
Glad to see you corner the curmudgeon market with independence.

Sure they will, once this heat drives those big fish out of NJ.
People quit on it too early. Just ask Cowhunter.
