I just did an overnight up there last week. After taking the kiddies to York Animal kindom/park, I left the rods inside and drank like a fish instead. I saw one guy catching off the rocks by nubble light, but Short Beach, where I was staying had some folks fishing, but they were drowning worms/clams with no action.

Yeah those rocks are pretty sketchy on longs sands,actually those rocks in the corner/at the end of Long sands are pretty productive in the AM hrs.with bombers and plugs.

I'll post some Pics thats is if I get into-em

I WAS IN KENNEBUNK OVER THE FOURTH AND IT WAS DEAD. NOT 1 FISH AND I USUALLY PICK UP ATLEAST 20 SCHOOLIES. THERE WAS LOADS OF HARBOR POLLACK ATTACKING MY SWIVELS. HOPE IT PICKS UP FOR YOU.

Yup,thats Nubble,pretty cool place do you go up there much?
I hope the bite is on when I get up there I have found a couple of cool places of the beatin trail that have produced

My family used to vaca in scarborough and i have a good friend from college who lives in kittery. Nice area but ive never fished that area
