It'll end when the commercial season closes. But the CoE has been cracking down. The CoE doesn't have enforcement/ticketing power--but the EPOs and USCG do

ill agree that the boat fishing in the canal sees an increase during commercial season, but it isn't limited to commercial season. in fact, with the good fishing this spring i personally witnessed more then a half a dozen boats on separate mornings fishing well within the confines of the canal. guys see breaking fish and they just can't help themselves.
