Nicely done. You made a good point about losing a way of life. Has the industry agreed to 100% coverage in the fishery yet?

I've disagreed with some of your posts in the past, but I really think you did an excellent job here. Completely agree- 100% coverage in the midwater/pair fishery is the way to go.

Rob- Problem is not all herring boats are those giants- many are small, ~40' vessels that target them seasonally. Very difficult to get high coverage in a case like that. Not as easy as industry just agreeing to go along with it.
