Bluefish that's been swimming hours before you cook it, not only tastes freakin phenominal when prepared correctly, but brings me back to early childhood with my dad on nantucket, so i have no problem catchin a gorilla, stashing it in the jetty and bringing it home to my parents and giving them and their neighbors fresh filets, before continuing home. Also if smoked and made into spread is probably my favorite way to eat
