People have to understand genetic modifications have occurred since time began, the natural way was slow and desirable features appeared by random chance or over long periods of time by selective breeding. Man-made designed genetic modifications is bound to happen and become commonplace if man is to survive on this planet. Similar things are going to revolutionize medicine when methods are developed to cure genetic diseases, are these going to be Franken-people? Just remember the protest over IVF, now a commonplace occurrence and no one thinks twice about dish sex.
