Not to steal your thunder, but I too agree...Customer Service is a critical component of a business transaction nowadays, especially when warranties or if problems may come into the equation.

LL is amazing, they are tracking your returns now, however, they still spend a significant amount on returns.

If purchase is in cash and item returned with receipt for cash there is no tracking.
