Oh that looks awesome! Now I have to go make some. I also add a can of creamed corn to my chowda. It gives it a little sweetness.
I have cooked striper at least a hundred ways.
Striped Bass Parmesean is a winner
Bake stuffed with a ritz and crabmeat stuffing
Every bit of every fish I keep gets eaten. I am totally guilt free.
