Doesn't look THAT huge, considering that in the photo it looks like he's standing back about 3-4 feet from the fish.
With the camera close to the fish it would appear that it was a really huge fish.
Kind of like ALL those photos of people hold their "big catches" out a full arm's length in front of themselves to make the fish look larger than it really was.

LMAO.. I'm 5' nothing ...my outstretched arms dont make 5'.... my hand is resting on the scale... that photo is from 1986.. i may have been 5'1" back then... |
