Look for them to be put in a lot of positions where they need a scoring drive for the run, or have to make that 1st down late in the game to run out more clock. I foresee at least one or two occasions where we see Coach's lack of confidence in the defense during a game deciding moment - along the lines of last year's attempt to go for it on 4th down instead of punting.[/QUOTE]
Very true there were a handfull of games last year where they needed the offense to make a play in the fourth qtr and they failed Denver no second half points Miami of course the 4th and 2. Lots of people wanted to blame the D but the offense had many games where there was little to no 2nd half scoring. The deffense was not great but they were good enough to where if the offense had come up big once or twice in the second half they would of had a bye, A more well rounded offense this year go along way to fixing that problem.

Guess Brady had a heart transplant with his new contract money......to think this guy is not "A Player" is insane! Did you see that touchdown and his reaction afterwards???!!!!! The guy is A B......All Business!!!

tom brady will be mediocore at best this season and then get traded next season. he looks less enthusiastic at training camp this year.

I thought this morning was a great time to revisit this thread!!! So Brady is pummeling the competition, playing with more heart and bigger balls than any other QB in the game today and with this young cast around him he has raised not only his level of play but his team mates level of play!!! Pats are 10-3, a record 26 straight wins at home and no team has ever taken a season series from the Pats with Brady at the helm.......so I ask you American Spirit.......how do you like Brady now!!!!!

There's no one even in close second fo MVP. The only other arguable candidate--and a very distant second--is Matt Ryan down in Atlanta. The Falcons don't get a lot of national play, so they're kind of under the radar, but they're also 10-2 in a pretty good division.

Let's give American Spirit some credit, it isn't always easy to admit when you are wrong. (I'm glad you were wrong)

Matt Ryan's definitely a candidate, but I think he'll take a hit with the way he plays on road games... the falcons as a whole are much better home than away. And don't forget Vick... while he's 'fallen to earth' so to speak in recent weeks, he's still good for ~300 yards of offense and 3 tds each week, and there's no doubt that the eagles would not be where they are now without him. Plus him and Jackson are arguably the most dynamic combo in the entire league, capable of scoring from anywhere.
I still think Brady's a shoo-in though right now. Would take a total team collapse for that to change.
