You should see it move without 1000+lbs of fisherman and 500+lbs of fish!

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

that was a hell of a day. I've never caught cod a pollack like that before in my life. I was sore for day or so after that one. I got really good at cleaning fish that day. hopefully I can make a trip or two with you next year.

A few things to consider.

As Yamaha 4strokes go the 4cyl 150 has been one of their best engines they put out.

A few cons though.
Yamaha 4 strokes really don't like water in the fuel ! (something to really consider with e15 coming)
Yamaha 4 strokes require 89 oct gas, minimum !
Yamaha 4 strokes warranties are less than Suzuki.
Yamaha 4 strokes cost more $ than Suzuki.

I would seriously take a long look at Suzuki !

Etecs are awesome also.
Just as quiet, fuel efficient, very cheap to run & maintain, lighter and quicker out of the hole.

But for the amount of $ all motors cost today I would want to get the longest life out of them and I doubt any 2 stroke including Etec will last as long as a 4 stroke with real internal lubrication inside the motor.
