I designed and built the entire thing my self. I used SolidWorks for the drawings.

My only regret is that it took up a lot of my summer fishing time this year.

I have a 10' door & 9' The only thing I see is if I ever wanted to put a larger boat in, I would have to change the door. I have enough room to go to a 12' with a low overhead door track.

Big doors get expensive compared to the standard car doors.

Love Fishing, wish I caught fish more often.

Things done at the last possible minute are done with the greatest possible information. Procrastination is, therefore, the most efficient means of doing things.

Sometimes you have to Sacrifice something
to get what's most important to ya...

it's a terrible price to pay
but the END RESULT is worth it.

This is torture for me...I need one of these bad, real bad. I am putting this on my list now. If I didn't have two kids heading to college I would build one right now but I need to find a way to make this happen.

Did you design it? What software did you use?

PS... keep the photos coming!
