She was in the water last year along with a twin. Red correct?

Yup. Some "team building"/day sailing company bought her and realized there's no money in "team building" anymore.

Reality..... This is what awaits every era of Cup participants (both boats and crew...) US 49 being fit into a dumpster.

That was a case of some idiot buying it and trying to afford it.
Most of the sailors are still around racing on sleds and in the Med.

AC is more of a side thing these days for crews/drivers.
