I know about farm raised Stripers but these specifically said "Wild Caught".

No boat, back in the suds.

I can't imagine people paying $12 a pound for striper fillets. I eat some but you can always get almost any fish for less than $12 a pound. Cod , Haddock , fluke , swordfish and tuna all teaste better if you ask me.

I remember they used to sell farm raised Striper at the fish market in Montauk. That always puzzled me since there's a ton of fish going through that city from the local catches.
