I do the Bob Red Mill Thick cut Oatmeal, then I mush up a banana, throw in a handful of Dried Cranberries and Chopped Walnuts, then top it off w/ a sprinkle of brown sugar.....doubt very much it costs more than $2 a bowl
Add a glass of 1% milk to wash it all down w/....thats Livin

nix the banana and double up on the walnuts. bananas are like sugar bombs and your body will process quickly and want more. Like throwing paper on a fire. try it and see

Bananas are high in Potassium...I try and have 1 a day....this is my one a day for that day

try pretty much oatmeal with cinnamon and benefiber sprinkled on and mixed in.2 cups of tea with 2 tea bags 1 green tea and i black tea.then i have 1/2 whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and blackberry jelly.take alot of vitamins etc at same time.probably takes me about 10 minutes then proceed to bathroom.

Best breakfast ever was
Steamed clams and ice cold Bud at 6:00 a.m. in Mattapoisett. Visiting friends when I was a kid and my buddy wakes me up a 4:00 a.m. to go clamming. Chit I said it early. I was glad to crawl out of his kids sleeping bag though that smelled of pee.
Came back with the clams and his wife Cathy cooked them up and we ate them all before the kids were up and polished off the six-pack too boot.
Stomach couldn't do that now. But I have to tell you, I remember how delicious they were to this day.
