I'm highly allergic and Technu is excellent. I use the soap and shower with it if I think I've been exposed or after I get a rash and it works great. If you already have the rash, you will notice it gets a bit better every day after you use it.

tecknu is like everyone said aside from the dr. the best.remember to wash your stuff your were wearing to get rid of posin ivy oils.good luck .

Swimming in a highly chlorinated pool alway helped clear it up for me pretty quickly. I used to get it so bad as a kid just from looking at it. A couple times I had it in my throat and eyes from brush fires. Eyes completely swollen shut and oozing. When i turned 21 I got hay fever allergies and never got poison ivy again.
