When I did the research earlier this year, NH, RI, Conn all said on their website (I printed it out and saved them) Reciprocity will be granted for all those nonresident anglers possessing a valid license from INSERT ADJONING STATE or words to that effect. Therefore I bought a Mass license and can fish in ME, NH, MA, RI and CT. If they change the wording during the season, what can I do?
I am hoping that the legislators are smart enough to realize that nonresident anglers spend $$$ and are glad to have nonresident anglers come rather than getting a couple of bucks in fees.

Frasier: Niles, I’ve just had the most marvelous idea for a website! People will post their opinions, cheeky bon mots, and insights, and others will reply in kind!

Niles: You have met “people”, haven’t you?
