The coolatta is cream, ice and coffee with a squirt of syrup, all of which they use in massive quantities so they can get all the ingredients allot cheaper than we at home can. So the most expensive ingredient is the cream, let say 50 cents for all the ingredients, still $4 for a large the last time I was there so they might even be more now. they have different ovens now....eggs & meats are all precooked in some factory and reheated in the new fangled ovens......fast food
