Those two brothers from Central mass and that dude from the Bronx were DOING WORK back there! I walked back there yawning no rod in hand, and I believe his name was Frank, thought I was Billy the mate and he asked me to gaff his fish for him. I grabbed the gaff set steel just behind its gill plate handed him the gaffed fish and ran inside to grab my bait rod!!
As I ran inside all I heard was ssssshhhhh shhhhhh whisper whisper.. chuckle chuckle.. They had closed the door to the galley so you couldnt hear any fish hitting the deck if you were racked out inside.
