Not a 100% need for a pic, but they help convince the skeptics. This contest is a goodwill type thing, thus I'll recognize your 26# fish as our new leader seeing you're an honorable dude.

Trying for the "late" category now!

Had a few fish to 17lbs last night. Made me realize how much I miss bucktailing.

Nice fish Brian! The CSA crew has me inspired. There's still hope.

I'll make it out this weekend unless the goblins get me.

Thanks Rob. I have a couple of weeks (11/15-11/17). I plan on getting a report from some of the guys from my club who will be out there 2 days before me.

Just to let George know I can sometimes catch a fish on a plug. You can tell that I'm getting low on eels this time of year.

The plug: The Larry BF 2.3 Surfster he gifted me last year.

Bonds.

Not bad for a guy trying to fish with a newly torn rotator cuff. But I suggest you consider a face lift, too, when they fix your shoulder.

LOL

Nice fish Alan. Go ahead burn Chris's spot. He has been too quiet.

Actually, I think he is crumpling from pain.

Alan is out there fishing every night with a newly blown right rotator cuff (new like 2-3 weeks). He can't move his right arm without agony and each cast is torture. Yet he is still out there at 3 am, night after night, during a dead season, alone, lob casting L handed.

Still, it was just dumb effing luck that he got a fish on a plug. Probably he snagged it.

Proof that a quality plug will catch, despite the angler.
