ecduzitgood time to go Join Date: Oct 2007 Posts: 2,318	I have a humminbird 798 ci Si for night time navigation so the bluetooth feature has peaked my interest. I don't know how useful the gps is with a handheld beyond giving your exact position for faster rescue, maybe you can use it for navigation and if so a gps radio might be a better choice unless you plan on having a chartplotter.
