I don't want to nor will I rehash this either. However, after receiving a few calls and messages from people that were not in the dt forum I would like to clarify a few things.
1) I was not the reason , nor even one of the main players in the ending of the group. I made one post saying that someone owed an apology. I have just been the only one to voice anything publicly.
2) The main reason I made that post earlier up was not to re live anything. The main reason was because in the fundraising I did earlier in the year I talked to alot of people in the fishing community. I learned the stories of many people who had lost family members during the vietnam or oif/oef wars, and had family members or themselves injured. The greatest problem for me was that I had suggested the dt group to many people along the way and the thought of these people reading those comments made me cringe.

I am also a fan of Greg  and I also want the Ditch Troll drama to end.

Purge the forum and start it again fresh: maybe different, maybe same...some people do learn, others don't.  |

You ever hear the expression "you can't put toothpaste back in the tube"?
That forum was a problem from the start. Great intentions at the beginning, but unfortunately a couple people couldn't behave. And that's keeping in mind that the standards for good behavior around here are pretty low to start with. |
