No clue of the drama in there but... Why not just put the few bad apples on a short leash and temp-ban them if they act out again? If people are going to act like children, then put them in Time-Out.

No Peter he hasn't and I'm still waiting, I guess he has all winter to put X's on a map and mail it to me
