It is available to Professional Guides and Anglers only according to link.
I am told Numby can pass for either.

Yep, I'm a pro at wasting money on fishing tackle and can easily guide anyone to financial ruin.

Pretty sure these are set for general release soon.
I'm also pretty sure the guides and professional anglers weren't paying $899 for them.
I've no complaints about Simms quality (even allowing for their failure of a surf top), however, I think they are a solid company.
