If there is an early start since the temps. are up, I hope it doesn't mean a prolonged summer doldrums because the temps. are way up then. I would rather it not be so extreme.
There is no spring anymore, goes right from winter to summer the no fall either. not good imo

I have to keep reminding myself thatit is only Mid March... wouldnt shock me to get 3' of snow in April..
if you have prolonged summer doldrums down your way..you know where you can go..

A good run is better than a bad stand!

I heard just yesterday they were catching bass in jersey. Hard to believe but I think this summer (if the trend holds) we could have a exotic summer...I want to catch king mac's again!

When I first moved up here a big tarpon washed up on the beach...and YFT were within 5 miles of the beach....now only if we can get gas back down to 2 bucks.

seems like we didn't have a winter, just a long fall. Had a tick on me a week ago and I was swarmed by mosquitos when I was digging a fire pit 2 nights ago

Those fish in Jersey are still there from the Fall run. Who knows? Maybe they will just stay there all year, like our "migratory" Canadian Geese.
