I was having lunch at work way back when Bryan Cox was playing for the Patriots back in 2001, I think. We were talking about how well they were playing and without thinking, I said, way too loudly "I love Cox". The cafeteria got pretty quiet for a few seconds until a guy from my department started cracking up. Of course, the Senior VP of HR was sitting at my table.
Haha, it worked out fine. She was cool and actually still mentions it every once in a while when we talk.
