what does it compare too? firm, flaky, mushy??? strong, mild, bland??sweet savory?? inquiring minds want to know!

Imagine Monsanto crossing the flavors of sea scallops with crab and with the texture of speckled sea trout or weakfish.. Not mushy, but very delicate.
