Niko - the reel is the 16000 - it weighs in at a svelte 32 ounces ! I completely forgot it had the baitrunner - might be a good choice for sharkin'

Perfect choice. It's heavy but indestructible with a butter silk waterproof drag. I'd grab that over the new ones if your just gonna dead stick bait. Only drawback is the Baitrunner drag is not loud at all. Hard to hear on the beach with crashing surf. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device
