That guy who had the guns mistake was he failed to pull the trigger.
It would have been self defense, the kid had already killed two other people.

I don’t think killing comes natural to most people. Had he shot Rittenhouse he would likely have been heralded as a hero for stopping suck a reckless teenager. So sad all around.

I don’t think it does either, but if you put yourself into a situation that is quite possibly violent and bring a weapon, it’s not because you’re there to give people first aid.
But he had Bandaids

very sad all around. 100% correct.

and a textbook example of why it’s a horrible idea for local government ( and the feds) to allow these riots to continue until rioters run out of Molatov cocktails. When a governor decides that being seen as sympathetic to BLM is more important than keeping peace, he’s asking for this to happen.

So, without knowing why he was being chased, nor why he defended himself from the attackers, you would have shot him? Judge, jury, and executioner? From the prejudicial, biased, and often hateful comments you make, that's not surprising.

And, given all the facts revealed in this trial, you think you would have been exonerated as acting in self defense?

Why else would you bring a gun?
To administer first aid?
Isn’t a gun the NRA way?

So if you would have shot him, why did you bring the gun? You claimed that shooting him would be self defense. Did you bring the gun to defend yourself?

As I understand it, I have the right to arm myself and that is an unalienable right.
Do you think that is bad?

I think Rittenhouse would agree with you. And would believe he has the same right.

That’s what you think his answer would be, what’s yours?

sure you would Pete. sure you would.

what you described is retaliation, not self defense. not unless you had a reason to believe you were next.

Just saving the next victim.
Kyle will likely try to kill again

no such thing as pre-emptive self defense. the threat to you
must be imminent.

sorry if that’s going too fast for you.

So you can only kill someone in self defense if you’re already dead?
Kyle didn’t even have someone in front of him with a gun.
Someone in front of you with a gun that’s already killed two people is an imminent threat.
Sorry if that’s going too fast for you.
