knot for tippet to fly
Hello all,
I am in search of the "perfect knot for tippet to fly connection. I switch between loop, improved clinch and a few others.
Please note; I like a shock tippet that is either 50# - 70# flurocarbon. I use 50# in sand and 70-80# in the rocks. My tippet is usually 12-18".
I am tying some big herring flies tonight, tandem hook and lots of long saddle hackle.
April is just around the corner!!!
