Thank you so much for sharing those pictures. It is one of my passions to collect old pictures and memorabilia from those days.
To better understand and promote the future of our sport we must preserve and protect the memory of the past and those who came before us.
Thanks for helping that cause.

Your welcome Guys.... Bob's told me some great stories of him staying on the beach for weeks in the summer with his father and other guys too when his father was working. Looked like great times, wish I had experienced it.

Wow, really great photos. That was fishin! Indeed those were the days...esp for surfcasting all along the coast.
Today between the private property, the beach restrictions, poor quality of fish, over fishing and a weak DMF we have what we have today.
IMO this situation will not get better in our lifetime.

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.
1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!
It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

I'll load them into the gallery but don't want them buried under my ID. Is there a way to make a folder in there with a sticky for old time photos so everyone can add some? Slip? JohnR?
